I have a ton of good things to say about this place. First, Janice helped me order faucets and everything you need for 4 bathrooms and a kitchen. She didn't miss a single piece required for full installation. There were so many pieces we needed and I definitely would have messed that up if I had tried to do it myself. That being said, I am a do it yourself person and it still would have been over my head. After her initial quote I thought for sure I would be able to find the parts cheaper on line over shopping in a brick and mortar store, to my surprise that was not the case... it was even Black Friday!! Across the board everything she sold me was cheaper than I could find it online, which was a great feeling!! The products they offer are all quality and they have a nice selection in store. If you are picky like me, Janice also helped me find exactly what I wanted in my price range and special ordered it for me. I definitely recommend if you want great service and products!

I selected Artisan Kitchen and Bath to work with in the renovation of my guest bathroom, and I am so glad I did. First, they have all the latest and best brands, and their prices are reasonable. I was not expecting this based on the ritzy Winter park location. The showroom is very well done. The service was perhaps the best. Sierra was helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you. The timing of the items ordered was prompt and we had options to either pick it up ourselves or have it delivered. We chose to pick it up ourselves, and the staff helped us load it. I have two more bathrooms to renovate and Artisan will be in the top running for the place to go.

I recently went here to outfit my master bath/shower. I had the pleasure of working with Cierra. I cannot say enough about how enjoyable of an experience this was. Cierra was SO helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, easy to work with and talk to. She did not make me feel like my job wasn't important bc it wasn't a big contract. Quite the opposite. I was made to feel like an important client and she was appreciative of my business. She spent several hours with me as we searched for all of the right pieces. I recommend this place highly. On top of it all, their prices are great. Extremely competitive! I went to ALL the major bath/kitchen outfitters in the area AND heavily researched the items online and through other professionals. Their prices beat them all with about 90 of the items. They were willing to price match the few that I found for lower. I really dreaded the experience bc I'm doing a full home renovation and the first bathroom was a nightmare. Cierra and the other people at Artisan were so pleasant and made my experience wonderful. Pain free to be exact. I pray I never have to remodel my own bathroom again but if I do, I will come back to Cierra and Artisan Kitchen and Bath Gallery. Thank you again.
