ProTech delivers a less than adequate service in a number of areas. Firstly, they arrive late. On the three occasions I had them to my house, they arrived significantly late, hours late. Secondly, they'll do the job but leave major work for you to sort out. I have a huge hole in the wall where they did work. Now I have to get another contractor to repair their hole. Thirdly, their work resulted in a drop in water pressure to the point where water is trickling out of the taps. Finally, they refuse to sort out their errors and are wanting additional payment even to come and investigate.

We had new granite placed in our kitchen and needed the new faucet, garbage disposal, & plumbing hooked up to sink. We had just had the whole house replumbed by a different company 2 years ago! The people we originally had working on it, I stopped because they didn't seem to know what they were doing working with water & electricity & asking me advise. I called Ken, he came over the same night to stop the leaking water lines that were left for me to deal with & he plugged them. Ken squeezed us in the next day at the end of a long day & did a wonderful job! Thank you for being here on such short notice and cleaning up the mess left under my new sink!!!!
