I had told them the problem, when the plumber got there he verified the problem and tighted the valve that was leaking all within 45 seconds of pulling in the driveway. He said, that will be 150, and went to write up the receipt. I asked what we should do if it stays to leak again. He said we would have to change the valve. I asked why we shouldn't just change the valve now. He said, he didn't know if he had the part, but he checked and he had one. He changed the valve in about 10 minutes and charged me 35 additional for the part. AWESOME! My complaint is that he should have changed the valve without me asking. If I wasn't assertive I would have paid to have a 17 year old valve tightened. If he would have changed it without me asking him to do the obvious thing, I would have given five starts and would be a happy loyal customer. Instead I don't trust this company to be honest.

We had a major project as a pipe broke underneath the foundation of our home. The concrete inside the home had to be removed and new pipes run across the span of the property. They did a great job and really made me feel comfortable explaining step by step what was being done. They way the approached the project went a long way in relieving my anxiety. I would highly recommend them.
