He showed me my options and explained everything. I even told him my frustration with access and he came up with a solution as show in the pictures. I would recommend their services to anyone. Additionally I called 5:00 last night and they were here on time 10:00 the next day. |
| Craig | Had nothing but issues with Jupiter Tequesta AC. I've spend over 3500 in the last 9 months on work being done on a 4 year old unit. Every time they come out to “fix” the issue, problems only get worse. I had someone out today to replace a part that he believed was the issue and the ac, literally, is not blowing any air out of the vents in my house now. Didn't have that issue yesterday before they touched it. Called to complain about it and get another tech out to my house to look into the problem and I can't get anyone back out until I get home from work tomorrow. I feel like they are just playing guessing games with the issue. I will probably have paid for a brand new unit before they actually fix it... not to mention the sky-high electric bills month after month due to the unit continuously running and using electricity. |
| Brady Kappes | I take back my five star review. I called for maintenance. Needed it done this week. Called in Monday and was told it would be done on Wednesday. When no one showed up, I called and inquired as to why they did not show up. I was informed that my appointment was set for the next week. I told them that this is not what I was told when I scheduled and I really need it done this week. After placing me on hold, I was then informed there was nothing they could do. I said this really needs to be done this week. Again, nothing they could do. I then told them that I would have to start using a different company and was told, "That's ok, I understand." They answer the company phone asking how they can make me smile and this definitely did not. |
