Went here today to purchase materials for a wooden platform my husband and I are building. We had a few questions and after some time searching for an employee we went to the customer service desk and they sent the manager Robert over to answer any carpeting/ wood building questions we had. He was beyond helpful! Personally walking us through the store to show us different options, talking us through the project, and hand cutting the wood at the proper length. I don't know how we could have figured it all out without him! Very friendly staff and management. Side note, we had our puppy with us and the store was very dog friendly.

Bought a washer and dryer but it didn't quite fit, so we had to return it. We spoke to Joe in appliances which told us he would call us back in one hour. Well that didn't happen. After over an hour , we called the store back only to find out Joe had left for lunch and never called us. We asked to speak to his manager, Teresa, which wasn't much help either and was not one bit concerned about our ordeal nor Joe's lack of professionalism or good customer service. Not buying anything else from them. Will spend our money somewhere else. Thanks

I am the biggest fan of Home Depot , never really shop any where else. But this store is beyond what any retail store should be. I Started shopping there about two months ago. At first it seem great as they are never really busy. It was easy to get in and out. Well now I know why they are not busy there customer service is by far the worst. As I have several employees and we are in there daily , my guys started to not want to go there because they felt discriminated, being Latin my self I've never in my life played that card And I won't !! .... but after coming my self to buy exchange or return for the last 12 days, Is a fact the customer service is horrible. That store needs new management, new team members that treat every human with respect I don't care if is one dollar or 10k. I hope this store changes there practice ! Good luck
