Carlos Alvarez	Management is the worst. I had an issue with one of the tools that I bought for Christmas which was highly recommended by their staff members. When I came in I spoke directly to the manager to either expecting the warranty or get a new tool. They gave me a hard time and refuse to help, even though I had the receipt and was well within warranty period. I told them I would give them a nice review in return this one and that I would just buy a replacement tool on amazon picture. So far Im much happier spending my money elsewhere.
