Don't bother! All you get is a call center. They promised us a time slot, so I stayed home and waited. We called all day starting at 6AM asking where our plumber is! Ars never showed up or called us. There's no way to contact the company directly. All they did was monopolize my day off waiting for them when I could have called another company. So it's now 6pm and it's too late to call anybody else. We have no hot water for the weekend. 0 stars.

Do not do business with this company. It went from a 19 25 point inspection offered by Home Depot to a 168 pipe drainage to a 12000 new AC system reduced to 9900 for a substandard system. The technician initially said yes we can do the inspection then he said he would need to drain my pipes but he needed approval from his supervisor Marcus. Marcus came out and then said no we can't drain the pipes you need a whole new system. It was an upsell situation.

Terrible terrible service. Their customer service is the worst. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They have absolutely no idea what customer service means, and it's definitely not their top priority.
