FROM PAULINE M - I just posted a review for my hot water heater and now Alvarez is fixing my AC unit. I had to use a friends computer because I could not post again from my phone. I am so impressed I needed to find a way to post again!!!! Beto has been fixing my AC over the past 2 days. He is so professional and focused on doing a great job. He really cares about what he is doing and he cares about his customers. His kindness and empathy was so appreciated at this uncertain time. He instilled confidence that the AC would be repaired correctly and swiftly and he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable while the unit was not working. He is an excellent employee and a wonderful human being.

Great experience today using Alvarez Plumbing. Old shower valve needed to be replaced. Joe And Co came to the rescue. Provided a decent price but better service/professionalism. Great job!

A few weeks ago my hot water heater needed replaced and I was lucky enough to have Edgar come to to my home. He was so professional and kind. Never have I seen a more thorough and dedicated person. Carlos was also here and he did not disappoint. He too was very professional and kind. Hats off to you both .
