Had a burst pipe in my kitchen wall, set an appointment but they couldn't keep it from a job that ran long. They were a bit late in letting me know and I wasn't happy, but things happen. They got Ronnie out to my place at 7:30 am and he wasted no time. After being without water for 9 days wonders of insurance, he had us running in 90 min. He took the time to explain what he had done, what the cause was, and any future problems we may face. Ronnie was friendly and personable and we will call him first for any future issues. Felt like he cared about our situation and made every effort to help. Definitely worth the price.

I unfairly gave this company a bad review. I am extending my apologies to Discount Plumbing for my quickness to unjustly come to an unfair conclusion. Discount is being very patient with the Plumbing situation here and my impatience got the best of me so please, except my public apologies. Thank you in advance. Very Attentive, Professional and Proactive. I Made a FB Post about my recent house I moved in Plumbing issues. Later on I was looking around the area and the women I spoke on the phone with was one of the ppl tht commented on the post. She tried helping me fix the problem myself on top of when I wasnt able n made arrangements for them to come out for an Emergency Blockage when I have 3 babies in the house they knew what to do immediately and was gone within the hour. Very Friendly and Proffesional as well as Integrity. So thank you again Crystal for u words and Johny for coming out. Now my family can use the water.
