From first contacting him, Curtis was responsive and attentive and understood the sense of urgency I had when our hot water heater failed. Our unit was under warranty, but they don't make the brand anymore and the ownership of the company had changed hands a few times. I found this out because he called on our behalf and registered the product on our behalf! no other plumbing company willing to take these steps. He must have spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get someone to honor our warranty. I accepted that it probably wasn't going to happen, but chose him for our service anyway due to the promptness of the responses and positive reviews. Well.. HE DIDN'T GIVE UP! When he arrived at the job site he had good news: he called one more place and was able to get our warranty honored! What an amazing story of a company going above and beyond! They performed great work and made some adjustments to the plumbing that will prevent issues in the future. HIGHLY recommend to everyone in need of plumbing work.
