Called Rapid Rooter to help clear sewer line that was causing a back up from floor drains in the bathrooms of our an office space we were beginning to occupy Was apparently vacant for years before we moved in. Issac came out within the hour and was very knowledgeable on how to take care of this kind of issue. Was able to quickly assess the situation and he acted quickly to snake out the line that was apparently blocked some 50-75 feet from the bathrooms. He gave a few suggestions on how to work with the old cast iron pipes to prevent future blockages such as, no flush-able wipes, etc.. Also, he used a floor mat and other items to protect the floors while using his equipment, which I find is outstanding professionalism. I would recommend to anyone, commercial or residential. My toilet was clogged and I tried to pump it myself but it didn't work. Rapid-Rooter Plumbing of Pompano Beach's technician was very friendly and punctual for the appointment. He had done an amazing job to unclog my toilet, which took around an hour to fix. Before he left, he also pointed out some of the potential issues that may be causing problem. Will use their service again!

Raul was very professional. First thing he did was put on covers for his shoes. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly and he showed me exactly what was wrong. He even showed me how to turn the he water off outside in case of an emergency! Super polite and helpful. Great experience.
