The office manager was very understanding and stayed on top of the situation calling me with updates as to when the Tech's would arrive. The Tech's showed up promptly. We're professional and understanding. They found the problem and fixed it in in a short amount of time. My only issue would be the office manager absolutely refused to even talk with my home warranty company. I really don't blame them. My home warranty company is the reason I incurred so much damage because they refused to treat the issue as an emergency. So I'm sure the plumbing company has had bad dealings with regard to home warranty company s. All and all I am very pleased with Certified Plumbing. I highly recommend and endorce the company.

Certified Plumbing came highly recommended by a friend and I see why. I called and spoke with Jennifer. She got me on the schedule for the next day, was very friendly, and made sure to give me notice before they were on the way. The 2 employees who came out were on time, very efficient, nice, and went out of their way to work around our clients during business hours. Definitely recommend. I was out of town. Renter has a clog. Next morning shows up and charged 250 and 20 minutes to clear the toilet. 4 days later it is clogged again. Same symptoms as before. I fixed it myself with drain / lye and a drain snake.
