Man on phone said tech would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At about 4pm I called to follow up as I was waiting with my 78 year old father at a vacant property. Man on phone stated I will call tech. No return call and as 6 pm approached trying to call back phones were set to busy. What a way to run a service industry business. Customer service sucks and I guess we will never know about the tech because it's after 6 p now and he has never called. I will be reporting with the better business bureau and home advisor. |
