| Penny Martin | I normally don't write reviews and if I do then majority of time are good rewievs. This one took everything out of me. I called and asked if they do estimates for plumbing. The "lady"s never gave me her name responds was that they are very busy for the next few weeks understandable and they are short handed because nobody wants a job. My respond was in a funny way " wow really?" And she said" yeah" in a really nasty tone. Before I could say anything , for example, that I can wait and call back for an appointment because I was not really in a hurry , she hung up the phone. When I tried to call back the phone was ringing forever and went to voicemail. I will never recommend this company for any of my friends. |
