Thomas was fast and efficient. He identified the problem, and fixed our leak. It turns out the original plumbers never glued all the pvc together. Next time we will call Ben Franklin plumbing, instead of those other guys. They were able to come out the same day I called them. Here are the B4 and after pics. You can see where the blue glue, was applied.

Sprung a small leak and had to shut off water to whole house. Robert Bryson showed up in about an hour after leaving another job. He fixed the minor leak in minutes made it look easy!. Price was reasonable considering a Saturday morning call. No difference in price for emergency repair. Will definitely use them again. Hopefully we get Robert Bryson super nice guy.

Called for clogged pipe said it had collapsed ran new pipes with no vent called back they came back and ran a huge vent pipe up the outside of my wall you can see it a mile away and do not give them you credit card job was for 5000 they change my card 18000 thank God my bank contacts me before any big charges go through they are scam artists and a 2 year old could do better work than them and from what I have seen 1hour air and mr. Sparky is the same if not worse all owned by same overseas company and if you call it goes to a call center in California and all they tell you is that they will relay your message

Blake was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived in a timely manner. He was extremely thorough. He worked quickly and found the problem. We have to get the plumbing redone and decided to go with Benjamin Franklin. I am very satisfied and have great confidence that they will do a great job.

Blake and his Team led by Mark are FANTASTIC!!!!!!! In a home with a 75 year old disabled Lady, this group went out of the way continuously to take GREAT care of her and her house! Punctual, kind, competent and most of all caring, I would recommend this Supervisor and Team to anyone...anywhere anytime. They are the BEST!!!!
