James Rawsky	I used Sunwest to add a master water shutoff valve to my condo. When I requested the service, I provided a picture of the existing installation, a sketch of what I wanted, and a list of the materials required to do the job. When the technician arrived, he did not have the necessary parts, so he left to get them. He then did the repair, which took less than an hour. He then presented me a bill for 425. When I contacted the office to question the bill, they told me the parts were over 200. I priced them out at Home Depot for under 60. Their explanation was that the Home Depot parts aren't as high quality. They said their labor rate was 98 and he listed 3 1/2 hours for the job. None of their numbers added up. I would have given 1 star, but the actual repair was nicely done.
