This was my first visit with BEST. Appreciated a company response I could depend on. Angel was Punctual & informative. Can't judge the quality of work - Jury will be out until maintenance visit. Once bitten twice shy they say. I'm hoping BEST can provide as promised. Willing top give them a chance. Angel was part of that decision. Thank you.

Nice service people but they installed a new HVAC system just bought the home and didn't clean the drain line, 3 months later the pan overflows onto the floor because the float switch is at the very top of the drain pan and the catch pan isn't big enough to catch the water as it runs down the side of the unit. The seal to the garage does appear to have a gasket so the wet drywall mixed with warm garage air meant a wonderful moldy surprise for me and my wife. Luckily we noticed it right away and were able to blow the line and get some industrial strength microban from my father who owns a remediation company. The clog was a bad one and should have been taken care of during the service call and subsequent HVAC replacement. Notice in the photos that the catch pan is dry and the walls are growing mold.

Had Best Home Services come out to give me a quote on a/c replacement. At the time I had 4 other quotes which were all within 400 of each other. Got two different options from Best. As the sales rep is leaving he asked what he could do to earn my business today. I told him I'll decide once I have quotes from all the companies I contacted. He then makes the comment "I feel I gave you a competitive quote FOR YOUR ZIP CODE". Excuse me - my zip code? Never mind his cheapest quote was over 1,000 more than the other companies for a lower rated unit. Variable prices based on zip codes? Buyer beware - do your homework!
