My garbage disposal wasn't working and two hours later a rep came to fix it. Customer service is excellent! I was called and emailed both visits I had other work done and my service person Dan was knowledgeable, personal and very competent. He put in a water filtration system, a new sink and new valves and stainless steel lines and the work was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company. There were no pressure tactics either. My overall experience was the best I have received from any company for some time.

Every person I dealt with from this company was friendly and informed and professional. The person who I spoke with when I was setting up the appointment was very helpful and friendly and scheduled it for the same day even though it wasn't an emergency. The woman who called to tell me the technician was on his way told me exactly where he was so I knew within a few minutes when he'd arrive. The technician arrived on time at the earlier part of the 2 hour window I was given when I made the appointment. He fixed my problem quickly and educated me so I would know what caused the situation and what to do in the future. I was very impressed with his professional manner and his pleasant way of treating his customer, engaged in friendly conversation while doing his job. I highly recommend Aztec Plumbing and Drains.
