Always friendly and cooperative. We have been a customer with this water company for years, and I have never had a complaint. We drink filtered water, but otherwise no problems. They are quick to turn on the water, and always polite.

I hate this company & their practices. They're great if you want to go to pay your bill at their office every month, by 4:30. However, being 2016, I prefer to pay my bills online. Now, finally, you can do that, but they charge you to do do, which is ridiculous...that's a part of doing business. Even that, fine. I've been a customer for 4 years. Twice now, my water has been cut off without notice......no call, no knock on the door to let me know they're right outside my door....they want their 25 reconnect fee. They close at 4:30, so you're screwed until the next day in getting it reconnected if you actually work. I pay my bill, always, with a credit left over. So, I'm furious that my water has been disconnected, and nobody even tried to notify me beforehand. Of course, I can't use anyone else, it's a monopoly here, just like the trash collection. Crappy service.
