I use Mings Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs at a few properties I manage. Mr. Ming is awesome. Always on time, and he does awesome work. Highly recommend them.

Horrible. I will stick with Roto Rooter!! Homeowners be warned. At initial meeting he will tell you not to pay attention to reviews and I listened. If I would have read the reviews I wouldn't be in the predicament I am in now. He does not finish the job thoroughly! Meaning make sure you stay on top of the permitting details. His prices are outrages. I tried and gave him the benefit of the doubt especially since I believe in supporting family business. Never again!! He will also change his number and not call you back. He even ducked my attorneys requests. I am a firm believer in earning money by hard work and not taking advantage of people!!! What a scam!

UNRELIABLE with scheduling and with reparations. Came to my house and evaluated the problem with the leaking toilet. Waited a week for them to receive the part which is fine. Came back to my house and “fixed the toilet”. By that evening the problem was much worse. It can happen. I called them back and explained that the toilet was still leaking; more than before. Scheduled an appointment for them to come back out. They never showed up and never called. They did that again. Unacceptable! I explained that each time they set up an appointment I paid for someone to come to my house and wait for them. Today, despite their telling me they'd arrive between 11:00-3::00 and my telling them the person would be leaving at 4:00, they arrived after 4:00.
