| Madeline Fulton | If I could give a zero I would. I called Friday morning May 10th in a panic because my septic tank was overflowing into my front yard. The lady answering the phone was so incredibly rude. She seriously has no business working customer service. I told her what was going on and she just seemed super annoyed that I was calling. Told me that IF they came to my house it would 185 service call and another 450+ to pump my tank. She kept putting me on hold. Finally I said, " Are you all just not interested in coming or what?" She said that they would try to come out that day if not I'd have to wait until Monday 3 days I'm suppose to wait?. No one ever did call me to set up a time. Not even on Monday. I called them because they were the ones who out my septic tank system in 11 years ago and they are who I used to pump my tank 3 years ago. Never again. Glenn Salyer was always such a nice guy but he seriously needs to hire someone else to answer his phones. I was in tears by the time I got off the phone with that lady. |
