Called and got an appointment same day. Our water softener needed replacement. Our estimator Jack was awesome. He made sure we got exactly what we needed based on our family size and water preference. We could have ended up spending double on a different system. No pressure and it was installed two days later!

I had a few companies come and quote. The interaction with Lakeside was Hands Down the best. My tech was Nick. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The inspection was thorough. And the price was understandable. I gave less than 24 hour notice that I wanted to install, a whole system was installed the next morning! So stress free and quick! I think I r found my AC company from here on out. Not to mention. The install was clean... all the way down to the stickers. Everything was tidy. Straight and neat!

I am a first time user of Lakeside Heating Cooling & Plumbing, and chose them because of their numerous reviews and high rating. I was not disappointed. My initial call was answered quickly and the woman I don't remember her name was friendly and professional. She scheduled me for the next day and advised me the name of my plumber. I received a text within minutes with the details. I also received a reminder text in the morning. Jack called and was able to come early, which was great! He was very professional and ensured my kitchen faucet was installed quickly and that there was no sign of any leaks, which was why I called. He made sure all other plumbing components for disposal and dishwasher were in working order as well. I would for sure use their services again.
