I had to call a plumber for the kitchen drains at work on Friday. At first I called this company All Pro Plumbing, but I hung up within 3 minutes after calling. I'm happy I went with another company. The secretary that answered the phone has to be the stupidest person I have ever talked to in my life. She must have said the word “okay” 5 million times in two minutes, but she sounded so brain dead that I doubt she understood anything I said. She honestly sounded so confused I thought it was an act. She would be better off seeking out a career as a Walmart greeter. Advice to the owner... this dummy is loosing you business. You could find a smarter person in a special ed class or the special Olympics. This woman and her whole family probably have the collective I.Q. Of a soda can. Actually she probably isn't married. I don't think anyone would be able to deal with her stupidity on a daily basis. She sounded hideous as well. Get a new phone lady.

this company and all the plumbers that work there are great, especially Wayne. He is very knowledgeable and charges a fair price. Renee in the office is also very pleasant. Really took care of me.
