Almost a year later in the gas fireplace is still working great thank you!

Horrible customer service. Asked to see our gas heater which was Proffesionaly installed. Turned off gas to 3 rental units without allowing us to first have it checked by other service companies. We asked how they would like us to have it vented gas hot water heater is only a couple of years old and completely serviceable and were told no venting and we would have to get a new hot water heater from them for over 1550.00 after “rebate”. This was total distortion. We called Advanced Air, a licensed contractor who agreed to vent our hot water heater that was agreed to be serviceable for a third of the price. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

The flexible hosing on my furnace was leaking gas AGAIN and connections were NOT secure and corroded after this company had repaired this VERY same part a year ago. The service man had jammed in hosing that was too long and it got all knotted up inside contributing to this problem. This company is NOT customer focused or caring for that matter and wanted FULL price 95 initial plus costly per hour to fix what is a 32 part at Ace hardware that they had not installed properly. Thank God my gas detector alarm sounded, although our Pubic Gas Co. subcontracts to them and again the same service person tried to say my detector had dust in it and that's why it sounded. At my insistence, he checked with his meter and the leak was detected.
