I'm the property manager for several units in the Brickell area and this has been the worst experience I've had with a vendor in the last 20 years. It all started when they had me waiting in the lobby for three hours. I was told someone would call me when the plumber was onsite. No-one ever called me. So finally I called them and they told me the plumber was done with the job. I immediately went up to the tenant occupied unit and my tenant told me that, yes someone came but he didn't really explain what was the issue. Since we have a leak that is affecting the unit underneath, I went to the unit below to see if the plumber had gone there to see what was the problem. The tenant of that unit, who had also been waiting for three hours, told me that no one ever came by and showed me her damaged ceiling. So I called Island Plumbing for an answer. They said the plumber would call me ASAP. It's now been three days and over 15 unresponsive phone calls since that plumber went to check the leak and I've yet to hear back from them. Needless to say we still have a leak! |

Spoke to Gabriel and he clearly isn't the brightest when it comes to customer service and getting back to you about a part that they have ordered. Just getting a status alone took me over 3 days for him to get in touch with the supplier and the plumber to let us know what the issue in our rental unit was. Don't recommend them at all. |
