Our Technician Donald was prompt and professional. He wore shoe covers to protect my carpet. He cleared out my under cabinet to install my bathroom faucet quickly and he returned all items precisely. Donald was courteous and efficient making sure I was happy with the job!! This company has sent two techs to my house and each time I was completely satisfied with the service. We experienced a continuing problem in our home -- a back up from one bathroom to the other. It was a particularly disconcerting time since, in addition, our kitchen was being renovated,: so, no kitchen, no bathrooms. Nice. RotoRooter and its staff of plumbers, pipe cameraman, installers, and advisers found what the problem was and corrected it after two other plumbing companies could not. We could not be happier with our experience with RotoRooter including the personnel who answered the phone and do the scheduling. We ended up having the pipes cleaned out and having a new clean-out installed in the front yard. Many thanks to Saw, Tim, Nigel, and Errol and several others who were all diligent, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.
