I had a very positive experience with using Bill Fenwick Plumbing! Setting up appointment was simple and I really liked getting an email with a photo of the technician coming to my home. Brendan did a fantastic job. He's an outstanding rep for your company. Very professional and thorough. He totally explained the process and had some good recommendations on my natural gas system. I will definitely use this company again!

Although many service people promise a 30 minute advance phone call this is the only company that has consistently done it. My first experience was a service call for my elderly mother when I was out of town. James came to her home and was very professional and made her feel at ease. He took care of the problem, communicated with me over the phone and followed up a couple of weeks later. He always explained what he was doing in the process. James exhibited a real concern for having it right for my mother and it is appreciated. His professionalism and compassion reflects very well for the company. You can probably find a service cheaper but the combined reliability, professionalism and quality personnel are hard to beat.
