Plumbing services by 4-H Plumbing Inc in Groveland, Florida

This will be a different kind of review. I will say upfront that I have not used this company for any of their services and at this time I do not plan to. I say this because of the way I see the 4-H team act every morning at the local gas station Racetrac. They not all but quite a feware constantly loud,obnoxious,swearing even using racial slurs toward each other while there are children in the store and carrying on like they have no consideration for any of the other people in the store. I understand that they are probably not on the clock at this time of the morning but they are all wearing the company shirts. It is not a good look for the company and the owner/manager should address this.

I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The worst customer service ever ,Bridgett was unprofessional to handle a phone call ,not willing to listen to my concern about a previous job they did ,her only interest is to keep charging me more money ,they did a diagnose a week ago for the whole house and they detected one leak only and charged me 425 and 650 to fix the leak ,there was another leak that they never figure out and she wanted to charge me again 425 for another diagnose ,she was very rude and hanged the phone while I was talking to her , I don't recommend this company at all , I will take more actions through the state licensing authority and state consumer protection department
