I'm editing my review due to me just noticing that Mr. Perez did not put the top back on my water meter box. Glad I finally noticed it due to it being like that since Monday. Overall he was nice and knowledgeable about the hot water heater and the installation process. The rep that I spoke to who assisted me was kind and helpful. I loved how the process was easy. They will provide you with a quote via text. All you have to do is send them the pics of the hot water heater then they will provide you with a free estimate. Not only that but afterwards they had disposed of my hot water heater free of charge. I had contacted another company as well and oh man there prices was off the charts. The Water Heater Guy is a great company with wonderful knowledgeable technicians. If you're looking for outstanding services with reasonable fair prices, this is the place to go for your needs. Other companies will use you and get a whole bunch of money out of you for no reason. If I need any other service in the future that you assist with, I will definitely be in contact. Thank You

This was ONLY plumber Service that responded quickly to a potential disaster of a 20 year old water heater leaking. Three others said they were booked up & would get back w/ me as soon as they could. 1-4 days Donna was very attentive, realized the urgency of issue & emailed me an itemized bid on job. They were able to get to property that day to assess & do work next day at a VERY reasonable amount. Since I was out of town, able to use credit card for payment. New water heater & old one taken away. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
