I really appreciated his honesty as the first company tried to up-sell with a quote of over 8,000! He worked hard and fixed our plumbing issue. I was lucky that Aztec Plumbing sent Norge out the first time I had a clogged sink problem. He is a superb plumber and also extremely customer service oriented. Such a nice guy! I've also had top quality service from the staff who "man" the phones. All have been women ironically, and very professional. The second time I called on a Saturday because plumbing issues always seem to happen on the weekend, the bathtub/toilet backed up, I asked for Norge, and everything ran smoothly from that point onward. Norge showed up after the office staff called to inform me he was on his way, and he efficiently took care of the issue. All drains are running smoothly again. Prior to the trustworthy and professional service of Norge and Aztec, I had no reliable plumber to count on. Now I call for Norge and am assured of an honest plumber showing up at my door.
