Plumbing services by Hawkesworth Plumbing in Deltona, Florida

Just called moments ago and no one answered. However, I was happy to see a call back just moments later. But as i was trying to describe the issue/part i was needing assistance in he rudely interrupted me and told "Ma'am I've been doing this for 30 years, i know what a clean out drain is" it took me by such a surprise as i'd only been on the phone for 10 seconds and to act like that was unnecessary. so i kindly said thank you for your time. He didn't even apologize and hung up on me. Its sad honestly, hopefully he reads this and recognizes in all things patience is a virtue. and i hope you treat your other customers with more kindness and respect. I've never used their services so this is strictly on the customer service I received."

Overpriced job and based on other major plumbing companies quotes after a new shower faucet was installed. One of the plumbers was talking pretty bad words during the job which was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I definitely don't recommend this company. Prepare for 1,049.

This guy is a Fly-By-Night. Doesn't take checks or credit cards. Doesn't seem to know much about plumbing s in my conversation with him.
