Barbara Mankuta	Our water heater starting leaking yesterday- a Sunday. We called early this morning Monday and the phones lines weren't on yet. But the message was that we could send a text message with pictures describing the problem. So I texted a picture of the leaking water heater. Within 5 minutes , I got a response. When prompted for a close up picture of the serial number on the tank, I provided that pic. Within a couple more minutes, I was told that they have a Professional grade 50 gallon tank and could come install it within hours. I was quoted the price and that the tank had a 6 year warranty. We signed it up. The plumber called later and said he could come even earlier. He came and had the whole thing out and the new one installed in a timely fashion. He answered all our questions and tested the water in our house before he left. Very professional, got the job done. An A+ in our book.
