When the A/C stopped working I called Sansone to come take a look. The communication was good the service was excellent. Matt got to the problem in the condenser very quickly, fixed it efficiently and checked everything else. I was very happy, will use them again and I do recommend them.

I had a complicated problem, requiring a finesse solution. The refrigerant line under the foundation of my house had ruptured. The A/C unit was 25 years old, but still running. Without exaggeration, I had 10 people come to the house to evaluate and recommend. None inspired a decision to hire them. When it was suggested to me to call Sansone the original contractors who installed the unit when the house was newly built, I knew right away, based on the initial phone call, that I was on my way to cool air! The professionalism in each department, from the person who directs your call yes Tiffany, I mean you, to the sales people, to the installers, all down the line is TOP NOTCH! I am very happy with the decision to use Sansone. They did exactly what they said they would do, in the most professional way. I was comfortable, the job went smoothly, and immense props to the install team of Nick Sansone yes, one of the owners was present for most of the 12 hour install day LB & Michael! I will never use anyone else for my A/C needs

I have seen good reviews and I have seen bad reviews. Here is my experience. Sansone replaced an aging unit with a new 2-stage Carrier. I have saved a ton of money. My bill went from 400 old unit-10 SEER to 250 half month old unit/half month new unit to 150 new unit-16 SEER in my first month. My technician was Robin and he was super. If I had known that I would save so much money, I would have had it done sooner. I chose Sansone because they were offering a 3 year interest free deal at the time. I run my unit on 78 degrees and in conjunction with multiple ceiling fans, my home is very comfortable. My wife sometimes thinks that it is too cold. Too cold is better than too hot.
