In searching for a Master Plumber I looking for more than a mere faucet fix or clogged pipes. Most of the short sighted plumbers i met with were hesitant and only looking for the quick jobs. These volume plumbers have zero understanding of what its to not operate as a plumber but running your plumbing business for the long game. When I met Fernandez what i was want to do was to add a second water meter and Backflow to my home so that i can separate home usage from garden usage. He was fully onboard and and engaged throughout the entire process. He took two days off to accompany me at city hall in Miami Beach and sit with me through each approval process and planning. Never have i met a person whom took so much time to see me through this arduous process in dealing with the city to see that i get permits processed and inspections followed up on. Fernandez right there showed me his grit and his willingness to do whatever it takes to see the job through. I was incredibly floored and so grateful to have met him. In the course of our ongoing relationship i have purchased a number of apartment buildings and as with Karma i reciprocated in giving all our plumbing contracts over to Fernandez and his team. These pictures attached are of another large job in replacing a deteriorating cast iron pipe at one of the buildings and installing a PVC pipe to the septic tank. These are your easy plumbing jobs. I can not thank enough to Mr. Fernandez. After two days without water waiting for a major company to come and fix the problem and there was always and excuse I got his number from next-door app. After so much stress everything came to a successful end. Mr. Fernandez not only fixed the problem I had but also fixed two other issues at home and all for half price of the invoice I got before him and all done in about two hours, no wait for parts since he had everything I needed. He was very nice, polite and took so much time to explained to me everything I needed to know and more. I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friend.
