| Mitchell Tetman | TERRIBLE SERVICE! I live in the Auburn area of Crestview, FL. We are required by Auburn Water Users to put a Reduced Pressure Principal Assembly200 part on our water line out by our road. Skip's Plumbing was hired and paid 300 to install said valve. Skip's Plumbing installed a Double Check Valve100 part for irrigation. Auburn Water Users inspected and determined it was the wrong valve. Auburn Water Users is now threatening to cut our water off. Skip's was asked by us to fix the mistake they made. They said they would not fix it for free and they would need to charge us twice what they originally charged us to replace the valve. They were told from the beginning what valve to use and used the incorrect one. They also "were" on the list of plumbers to call for this service at Auburn Water Users so they've provided this service before. Ignorance is not a acceptable excuse for this mistake. I'll be fixing it myself now. |
