Plumbing services by Jones Plumbing & Septic Tank in Crawfordville, Florida

Both my neighbors had their tanks serviced over the past two days. One was by Withers who drove on the lawn leaving tracks. Jones Plumbing serviced my other neighbor and parked by the side of the road and I thought much better. Then the pumping started and the sewage smell was overwhelming which was not like the other day. Then when the truck left a giant puddle of sewage was left on the road in front of my home. Why wouldn't the driver notice this and at a minimum get a hose and clean it up?

Couldn't be happier! I called Jones Plumbing for an estimate to install a free-standing bathtub and faucet that I had purchased. No plumbing was pre-installed so this was a new fixture in my bathroom. Braxton was on my property within the hour and gave me a quick ballpark estimate. I was impressed with his knowledge and 'can do' attitude so I scheduled the job. On the day of the job, he showed up on time ready for action. I kinda followed him around so I could learn a little about his trade. I saw a guy who overcame any obstacle making quality decisions and advising me why he did so. His experience made a difficult job look easy. And I learned a lot, too. He was finished quicker than I expected and my bill was significantly lower than his estimate. Now we have a beautiful spa-like tub to enjoy and it feels so nice. There have been no leaks or problems at all. I'll use Braxton for all of my plumbing and septic needs in the future. Nice to have a plumber you can trust these days.

We were notified Friday afternoon we had a slow drain on the septic system. I called Braxton and Jones plumbing at midday. They said they would come Saturday and service our septic system. The representative knew exactly what he was to do and did it with most professional quality and went above and beyond to make sure we had no more problems based on the issues we had with roots. As a business owner myself I thought Jones was reasonably priced and we are just delighted that we could get serviced on the weekend in a timely manner. We will definitely use again as needed and thanks to the quality employees on staff.
