I chose this company because I saw that they have an A+ BBB rating. I can honesty say that they are well deserving of that A+. I have lived on Merritt Island for 35 years and have had many plumbing service contractors work at my home, but none as good as Kevin, Austin, and Bobby. Kevin's use of the camera to inspect my drain and pinpoint my issue saved me time, money, and heartache. I now know exactly what needs to be done and I feel confident that Plumbing Masters will get it done better than any other company. And I got a senior citizen discount!

We called Plumbing Masters after discovering an active underground slab leak. President Bill Boggs came on Monday morning and gave me a quote in writing on a complete re-pipe of the house. All my neighbors have had leaks due to 30yr+ pipes and I knew the only real fix was to completely re-pipe the house. Service Tech Kevin and crew were here on Wednesday and finished the job in 1 day! Excellent work. They answered any and all questions thouroughly. We had the whole house replumbed. The crew was very professional. The day was rainy and they took extra care not to track mud through the house. They triple checked every valve and hose, and left no mess. I am very impressed.
