Justin the technician responded the same day. And it was almost 6 in the evening they worked me in and I was so appreciative. They did such a thorough job I'm going through my unit and finding the problem explaining it so I I could understand. They ordered the part and when it came and Justin and his supervisor Jason had it all install put in place and running like a champ and no time flat they were efficient they were very pleasant and respectable and professional I cannot say enough good things about their service and the attitude of the technician Justin supervisor Jason and even the office staff they were all amazing I feel very blessed with the service I received . from them I highly recommend FREEDOM AIR AND HEAT.

Our AC took a dive Tuesday/Wednesday after Labor Day. My lanlord had 2 companies quote him. The first would only do the units inside and outside. The second, Freedom Air and Heat, said they'd replace EVERYTHING. New ducts. New wires. New copper tubing. New thermostat. And new units. Inside and out. The two gentlemen, Adam and Jordan, did a PHENOMENAL job. We had asked our landlord earlier if he would be able to raise the fan outside at all, so when the next hurricane comes through, the rain is not about to pour over through the vents. Adam and Jordan arrived at a little after 10. Were finished by 330. They made a little concrete slab for the fan outside. They laid drop cloths throughout the house so they would not track dirt all over. Adam asked for permission before doing anything. "May we enter so we can get started?", "May I come in the master bedroom so I can feel how the air is coming out?", and "Would it be okay if I listen to some music?". Excellent taste, by the way They were both VERY professional. Extremely pleased with the work done.
