Our Plumber sent us to this distribution center to buy a fawcett for our tub that broke on Friday. If you have an emergency, go there. Although they are in the business of supplying plumbers, they were very helpful to us, gave us the specs on the one faucet they had in stock which was perfectly fine, even told us they could order the attachment if needed. They even matched the Home Depot price when I came home to start looking at the specs to see if it was taller than my current one, and I noticed it was &70 less expensive. They were extremely friendly. Helped me over the phone after we left, they have a larger distribution center in Tarpon, they were extremely helpful giving the stock info over the phone. It's a guys place, they are extremely busy with a bunch, and I mean bunch of plumbers coming in for advice and to buy little pieces of widgets to fix Plumbing, and only 1 or 2 guys staffing. Expect to be extremely patient, this is not Home Depot or Lowes, it's a distribution center for Plumbers. My husband actually went back on his own so I could get some housework done, came back with some of the funniest stories I've heard in a while... Great place, thank you!
