| richard dickman | The l plumber did a great job but charged us more than quoted. The plumber was a talker and of course he charged us for his conversation. We were told that his gps showed him there for one and a half hours but 40 minutes of that was his jabber. When we complained to the manager he stated “ you conversed back with him so basically we were charged for talking back and responding to him. The work took less than an hour. Very bad Business and unbelievable therefore we would never use this company again and would caution anyone else from doing so. You are billed for the truck time not the work time. I would suggest another company that charges for time labor not gps time. Again very bad business |
