Very disrespectful. They called saying they'd be between 11-1 pm. I'm going to work so I told him my fiance would be there. They came at 10:30 am. She had the day off so she wasn't fully dressed and asked if he could wait a minute so she can get dressed. He said "Lady I don't have time for that" then said he "told her landlord" he'd be coming. We both own the home. Anyway, this was through American Home Shield. When she told him my name he didn't know who I was, or what the issue was. So she reminded him. He didn't even look, she had to push him to go look at the ductwork. Didn't have a ladder and wasn't prepared. We both felt very violated, and disrespected by this company. I'm surprised AHS uses them.

AC blower went down... Scheduled via AHS and Seth came out that day.. Had motor next day common part thank goodness and repaired in <48 hrs. Thanks!

LIke others who have written a review, I was connect through AHS home warranty co to Baylis and Baylis. Besides it taking a day and a hot night for them to come to my place, which was probably not there fault as their's alot of demand this time of year. They quickly fixed the problem, explained it to me, and even walked me through a couple parts of my ac system that I didn't even know existed and how to maintain them. I would for sure work with them again.
