S Singh	Ryan, the owner/plumber, charged almost 600 for just making a hole in the wall. He said he starts charging his customers before he gets to the house an hour and a half and then he charges for the time to go to the dump after leaving your house even if there is no trash to be dropped off. He never fixed the problem because he couldn't tell if the broken pipe was lodged in a structural beam. It should have been obvious to anyone with any plumbing experience that a pipe wouldn't be lodged in a structural beam. He spent most of his time outside in his car talking on the phone and "killing time" so that he could get paid as much as possible.
