The owner of Plumbing by Powers discussed different options with me and was very through with me in terms of costs and install times - he even sent me pictures. Before the appointment day, I still had questions all of which were politely and quickly answered by him. The 2 plumbers who did the install were punctual, polite, friendly, professional, cleaned up, and really made sure I was a happy camper before they finished. Of course, one of the toilets was a PIA to remove and the guys did not complain one bit. The total cost was exactly what I was quoted. I was 100 happy in every way with this company and will definitely use them again. |
