Yesterday we had our annual heating and A/C unit serviced. We have been working with Horizon in our past two homes and have utilized them to install new units in both of our homes. Yesterday we had a technician by the name of Adam come to our home. Adam was professional, personable, timely and just a genuinely nice guy that I felt comfortable having in our home. For any business to succeed it must deliver a great product, but what keeps them in business is their people and their reputations. I would say that with Adam representing your company, you are in good hands!!!

George and crew were on time an very professional! They did great work, were done super fast and left my house cleaner than it was before they got there. Thanks so much! Would certainly recommend!!

I had an issue with my heat pump after 18 from installation. I thought it was just a bad digital thermostat. I called in the morning and was given a window from 10 to 2 for a technician to arrive. I was told he would call before coming. I received an email immediately confirming an appointment and then an hour later received a call from the technician Mark ensuring we were ready to have him at our home. When he arrived he introduced himself and put on his "booties". Mark is a warranty technician who must handle these situations all the time. He went directly to the unit in the attic and found an electrical board in the unit with a burned capacitor almost invisible to the naked eye. He replaced the board and reprogrammed the thermostat. I was afraid that even with a warranty I was going to be hit up for some sort of charge. He said "no cost". I was pleasantly surprised. A great expensive!!
