I purchased 600 worth of goods in this store about a month ago. While purchasing I specifically asked what return policy was. I own a small construction business in the area and go through this process with extra materials on a regular so I'm no newbie. The owner said long as its in box and within 30 days with receipt. No problem. I returned 3 days later. The shower enclosure I had purchased for 550 fit but the faucet needed a different style. At first the owner wasn't there. They told me 10 mins. I waited nearly 25 mins for the owners wife to arrive. I had box. Faucet. And receipt. She couldn't return it because she said it had a greasy handprint on the box. She didn't know if her husband would've returned it so she needed me to come back the next day to see him. Upon returning second day nobody was on store again and I was asked my service general employee to wait ten minutes. This is when I left and ate the 50 faucet.

I called twice prior to going to a some what store. We had to go next door to a check cashing store and the lady showed us surround bathtubs instead of what I called for a shower base. Don't go there, a waste of time.
