I was refused to enter because I had my service dog with me. Under law, they are not permitted to demand to see ID, but that's exactly what the woman at the door did. These employees should be more knowledgeable on the ADA laws surrounding animals. “Businesses are not permitted to ask for information about the individual's disability and cannot request to see special ID cards for the service dog” this is the opposite of what happened to me and my dog. I could sue over this!

Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Mark, in appliances, looked up information for us about products that weren't carried in the store. Definitely will return.

Go to home depot to look at kitchen cabinets. Not much on the shelf but a lot in top stock. So after we find an employee I asked the guy for a print out of the sizes of the cabinets so I can plan out the new kitchen. The guy says we don't have anything like that and it's not his department. I said you mean to tell me home depot doesn't know what they are selling? Then this guy says all the cabinets are the same and he already said they don't have a print out or catalog. I tell him to get a store manager then he gets more rude with me. My girlfriend snapped the guy goes to get a manager we start walking out and pass all the information we needed. And this is why I shop at Lowe's.
