Plumbing services by Mascetti’s Plumbing Sewer and Drain in Torrington, Connecticut

So, Woke up this morning to a flooded basement. I am a first time home owner and was not quite sure on how to handle the situation or what it was. I called up this fantastic service locally owned family run business. These guys came over and were the most polite friendly accommodating and outstanding repair people and/or plumbers I have ever dealt with in my life. Mind you I operate 14 restaurants and have dealt with a plethora of plumbers and repair people. If you're in need these are the guys to call. I can't say enough how grateful and outstanding everything was from start to finish.

My hot water heater died and within an hour they were at my place to look at it and before lunchtime was over I had my new heater installed. Amazing! They were fantastic!

We lost all water output three times in the last 2 weeks. Needless to say, it was a very stressful situationwe had no idea if we were dealing with a mechanical, electrical or water table problem. As promised by Mike's wife, Cat, she should teach a course in call center servicing, Mike Mascetti promptly returned our Thanksgiving week, Friday night phone call and went out of his way to get an electrician out here that night at very minimal expense: Additional thanks to our new, also-wonderful electrician, Robert at West Side Electric for what initially presented as a possible electrical issue. Unfortunately, it wasn't that simple and Mike and his son, Mike, came out here and ultimately diagnosed a problem with a corroded seam on our pump. Just reaching the pump, let alone replacing it, was not a easy job, especially in an old, very cramped well on a cold day with snow on the ground, but they were both professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything, even ensuring that West Side could be there to wire the new pump correctly the old one wasn't. You just don't see that kind of over-and-above level of service any more. So out of a bad situation, we found our new go-to plumbing company-we wouldn't call anyone else. These guys are just great.
