T Luk	I scheduled an boiler tuneup appointment at the beginning of November and they cancelled it. According to the voicemail, they said they were that week and had me reschedule it which I did reschedule at the beginning of December. I waited for 2 +hours and no one showed up. I called them to check my appointment. They checked and told me they called me to cancelled the appointment. I told her I called back to reschedule it so she hold me for a while. Then she told me I am not an oil delivery customer and they are busy servicing those customers. I can schedule appointment in Spring while they are not busy. The reason is reasonable and I get that. But can you guys let me know when I schedule the appointment or even you cancel my first appointment or even I can back to reschedule the appointment! Not until I wait for 2 hours and call you to find out. I had the tuneup done with them last year and it's really good. However, I am really disappointed this time.
