After a good inspection and everything, they told me how to maintain it to help it last longer, and what not to flush or dump in the plumbing. They were respective and took their time to answer questions that I had about my system. 4 years later, I have never had an issue with my septic system even though it is fairly older. I called them to have it cleaned again, they came right out and they were really nice. The customer service lady was very nice, she was very informative as well. |
