recently had raps do a complete conversion from oil to natural gas. they completed everything very quickly & kept everything so clean, you didn't even notice that they were working downstairs in my finished basement. I didn't have to worry about any step in the entire process, they made sure everything was taken care of. highly recommend

Couldn't have asked for a more professional and delightful experience with raps. We called in an emergency and Raps was there shortly after. Dan was very straight forward with different 3 different options that we could move forward with. He broke each option down in a very detailed manner and gave us his honest opinion on which route he thought would be best. He treated my wife and I more as a friend then a customer. When you choose raps you're choosing quality and companionship, which is often hard to find in a service based industry. 10/10 would recommend Raps for any heating and plumbing needs. Water heater failed on a Wednesday morning. Crew was out on Wednesday afternoon. Explained my options for replacement or switching to on demand. Had a on demand water heater installed on Friday. Have 2 little kids in the house and the crew was friendly, understanding and prompt. Even capped the old pipe so we would have water while they were working.
